Originally, my area of work is animal-assisted therapy. With my dogs, I have been working in various clinics since 2008. At the Berlin-based BSA Academy I completed my further education as a Teacher for Prevention and Health Promotion. Since then, I am mainly working as a running trainer for people with and without dogs in Berlin's Grunewald forest. I would be happy to convince you of movement as a "medicine without side effects". This is how you yourself can ensure a healthy life full of energy!
